they constantly brand bad games modes in fortnite and add guns every other week instead of fixing glitch's, broken character modals and they shift the game in a bad direction with try to brand the meta spamming smg's and nerfing building to the ground

i made an acc for my little sister and it wouldnt let her play considering YOUR GAME TOLD HER IT DIDNT Take AN ACC FOR It AND IT WOULDNT LINK It.FIX YOUR GAME FOR GODS SAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I SPENT HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON THIS GAME AND Information technology ALL WENT TO Waste material.And non even mentioning the servers.It says oops something goofed three times before information technology can set up up.
Practice NOT waste your time
Subsequently playing forever, and spending about $30 dollars on the game, I find myself wit this error: "Sorry, your account is inactive and may not login." I don't hack. I have 2 wins total, i being on console, and then I definitely didn't hack in that location, and one on PC where me and my friend were carried in squads. If Epic seriously thinks I'k hacking, I must exist the worst hacker ever. They don't reply emails, or their "support tickets", nor practice they have a customer support phone number. If I were you lot, I wouldn't waste my fourth dimension with this terrible company. I've looked on the forums, and many other people have had the same issue I accept, some of them spending upward of $500+, and none of them have gotten any compensation, or fifty-fifty simply their accounts dorsum. Practise NOT waste your time with this. If y'all play PC, stick with PUBG or Realm Royale, console players, stick to PUBG and whatever other BR game that comes out. Epic does NOT care about you or anyone else that wastes time and money on this game.
New Thespian Scammed With No Solution
Equally a new player, I was scammed out of several items. I asked them to help. They gave me a genetic "we'll wait into it." Months afterwards, I take yet to be reimbursed. They have lost a customer, and they refused any and all refunds. Steer abroad from this game. They care about the money, and could care less virtually hackers in the game.

Hacked account by hacker call Xbox they tell me I got to brand a whole new business relationship so they can transfer everything over to the new one....I call (hahaha can't call big company has no phone) ((should have been my outset hint this is a sorry company)) I electronic mail EPIC GAMES and they tell me there is nothing they can do I can't transfer or add a new email to that business relationship.....So $1200 in VBucks on Fortnite is gone......Epic Games Is A Big Crapshoot Show
Terrible Support
Despite anything else, they really have to improve their back up. I had to contact them twice now, and both times it took them longer than 2 weeks to resolve the simplest operations ever. The latest i, I needed to update my country info set on my business relationship, because information technology wouldnt let me use paypal. I'm not sure why information technology'south not possible to change information technology myself through my account settings. When they got dorsum to me, they asked several personal questions via email, which didn't make much sense, for two reasons: First, I issued the it through my acc., and all information asked were all available within my acc. and so anyone with access would have it. 2d, you lot don't request those info via e-mail, that'south simply totally wrong. However, after all that information technology still took ii weeks to exercise that. And I'm not even going to mention all the spelling and grammar mistakes. Epic... simply get y'all sh#@ together will ya?

I proceeded with the purchase on the date that these complications and such with the update were occurring didn't recieve my purchase both Playstation Support and Epic Games accept been running me around since 7/13/2018. If whatsoever views or true customer service people out there that could actually go me to sympathize and resolve this upshot. I'd greatly capeesh it. I have been emailing Epic Games and explaining and all they say is Playstation Support tin solve this consequence. And then speak with PSN Support and they say they tin can't only Epic Games can. Honestly, neither of these companies with to provide me with my buy and ameliorate assist me also giving me the get around and hoping I forget about the coin and buy. Edit: Past disquisitional result, I meant the new BSOD from launching Fortnite in the launcher.
